
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Returns must be made in accordance with the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unworn, with all their original labels and in the packaging in which they were delivered.
- Last-markdown items are not eligible for return, unless they have arrived damaged or faulty.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned in and with their original boxes and protective covers and sent to us in a parcel.
- When trying on shoes, take care not to leave marks on the soles or damage the box.
- If an item has been delivered to you with a VASSANT PARIS and/or brand security label, this label must not be removed and must be returned to us intact.
- Jewelry items must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, in their original packaging and accompanied by all original documents.
- Custom-made items cannot be returned to us, as they have been designed according to your preferences, unless they have arrived damaged or faulty.
Please take special care when trying on your purchases and return them to us in the condition in which they were received. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will be refused.
Customers are responsible for any returns made at their own expense and without using our standard returns service. In the case of returns from a country other than that in which the order was received, customers are responsible for the return and for the return shipping costs. This excludes orders with incorrect, damaged or defective items.
In order to create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible return policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your VASSANT PARIS account or limit future orders if your return behavior is contrary to our Returns Policy.
Right of withdrawal
Depending on your country/region of residence, it is possible for you to retract regarding your order, under the Consumer Contracts Rules 2013, United Kingdom (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges), CCR in English. If you do not wish to keep the items supplied, you may inform us of your wish to withdraw and receive a full refund of the cost of the items (including one-way delivery charges). Once your return has been received by the VASSANT PARIS Partner(s) concerned and provided that they are returned in accordance with our Returns Conditions. Please note, however, that you are responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods to the original VASSANT PARIS Partner(s).

In order to cancel a contract, you must clearly inform us of your wish, preferably :
- By telephone, providing us with your first and last name(s), address and order number; or
- By completing and returning the cancellation form to the address indicated on the form.
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, returns are made without paper instructions. It's a more responsible initiative for our customers, our staff and the planet.
When returning your items, please include all branded accessories, boxes or cases supplied with your order, in the VASSANT PARIS reusable packaging. Items returned in unsuitable packages and/or without protection for branded boxes and packaging may not be refunded.
Whether by collection or by deposit, returns can only be made from the country/territory to which you have been delivered.
Here's how it works:
1. Go to the "Orders & Returns" section of your account. If you ordered as a guest, enter your order number and e-mail address on this page.
2. Find the order you wish to return and select 'Return'.
3. Select the items to be returned and their reason for return.
Returns can be made in one of two ways. You will be offered at least one of these options, depending on your location.
Free drop-off at a local service point
Select either the 'In-store' or 'Drop-off' option from your account, then choose a VASSANT PARIS partner or a courier drop-off point to drop off your return parcel.
Do you have a Fedex return label? If so, you can use it at a Fedex depot near you, or call them to book a free pickup.
To prepare your return parcel :
1. Place each item to be returned in its original branded packaging/case inside the VASSANT PARIS parcel.
2. Affix the return label to the outside of the VASSANT PARIS parcel.
3. If your parcel contained a return note, also affix it to the outside of the VASSANT PARIS parcel.
4. Give the tracking label (Waybill Doc) to the courier. To track your parcel, note the tracking number on the return label (Waybill Doc).
If you haven't received your return label, don't worry. Simply go to the Orders & Returns section of your account and print it out.
To guarantee tracking of your parcel, please ask for the parcel label to be scanned when you drop it off/when the courier picks it up.
Would you like to reschedule the collection of your return? You can do so in the Orders & Returns section of your account.
All the documents you need to make your return should be in your VASSANT PARIS parcel. Go to the Orders & Returns tab in your account or, if you have placed an order as a guest, go to the Orders & Returns tab in your account or, if you have placed an order as a guest, go to the Orders & Returns tab in your account.
Once your return has been received by our brand or partner store, the refund may take up to 6 calendar days to process. Once the return has been accepted, payment is made via the original payment method, with the exception of one-way delivery charges. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you wish and are eligible, the refund can be made in the form of a VASSANT PARIS credit. Once processed, it will be credited to your VASSANT PARIS account for immediate use.
You can track your return parcel directly on the courier's website using the tracking number on thetracking label (Waybill doc), below the barcode. Or check the status of your return under Orders & returns from your account. If you have placed a guest order and would like to track it, enter your guest order information here.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if it does not correspond to the description on the site, please inform our Customer Service.
We will take care of the return of the defective item and refund the full amount.
